After the meeting and the idea of creating an app I just did a spot of research into app design platforms without coding which might allow us to do what we need. Click the image to find this list of platforms which might be the way to go with this.

The limitations of creating an app for the arts party conference are multiple. The main issue is that of construction, coding is not an option. A none coding, ideally cloud based program is what would be required with minimal expenditure to enable us to actually make the app live and usable on the day.
