Because the structure of this piece of print is so complex I asked for a printed mock up to ensure the form and pagination were correct. This was printed in very basic satin stock because it was digitally printed rather than lithograph.

All the structural folds and lines were included too which was really helpful. Unfortunately this could not act as a colour guide for the final thing which is a shame because I am quite concerned with the reproduction of the key orange colour because Orange is always a tricky colour to print.

However, everything was pretty much in place. The only change made when I received this was the result of a conversation over the phone with the printer. He suggested that the check list on the back of the pocket should be the other way up so that when the booklet is first opened it is the readable way up. This was some to change and then we went to print and signed off on the order.
