OUGD406 Studio Brief 04 Creating Rossington Street Map

To create the simple and readable ma for the back of my menu I used the city council's map as a base. 

I then used the pen tool to trace over the relevant areas of the map.

For the levelling of the areas I went through a number of options like black type on white circles but this limited the size of the type and it became illegible at 100%, so I swapped to simple white text and labeled the biggest landmarks that I was aware of when I first came to Leeds. 

For the title I have tried to maintain the continuity achieved by the rest of the design with the double underscore and all caps KG Happy.
